    Cash. This bounce canot hde more breakdowns in leading stocks. I just went through the 4% plus down movers, many more stocks breaking down at top of range. Plus dip buyers were over eager to buy the dip. You need some real fear to have tradable bottom.

    I AM LONG...BOUGHT THE BOTTOM THIS MORNING AFTER 1030AM AND HOLDING. Lots of program trades buying stock indexes...looks like smart money loading up late morning and dumb retail trader is confused as what he should do after betting short incorrectly this morning.

    Haven't seen this kind of disparity between capitalization in a long time. Although the small caps did lead the entire market on the last fall...

    PB, what do you think about trading earnings now?

    It seems that ANAD, SNA and AMZN are doing pretty well today.

    Do you think that in times like these, it's best to stay in cash rather than buy leaders on earnings on a market correction?

    Once the fast selling phase is over in next 4-5 days earnings is safe to play. Many earnings breakout during such period will have pullbacks before heading higher.
