Stocks with 70 plus EPS meeting following conditions :

1. EPS Ratings 70 plus
2. Relative Strength 65 plus
3. 30 Day growth below 10% or 65 days growth below 10%
4. 4% plus move on high volume.

I have also removed the merger/takeover from the list, so you may get slightly different list.

but still not able to make a list of candidates on my own
what is the scan for this
25%, 50% month, 100% year, 200% year with minimal 65 day growth
what else earnings and sales
please disuss a bit

Using same method that I used to reduce IBD 200 list on a 70 EPS list.
