Stocks to watch

7
Depending on market circumstances the list will have anywhere from 1-20 candidates. The stocks are an outcome of a combination of factors like earnings trends, relative strength, one year price growth,65 days price growth, appreciation potential and price and volume action. This is a multi factor stock selection system.

The identified stocks have a near term appreciation potential and primarily for those looking for multi day or multi month moves.

Thanks Pradeep.

How would you decide which ones of these 14 to invest money in ? Would price and volume action in the first couple of hours be the deciding factor ?

I would sort by 65 days growth. Take those with least growth. Next out of that narrowed list, I would take the one which had negative day in last 2 days.
Or you can narrow by IBD EPS ratings or Composite rating. Or by 1 year price growth. As long as one is consistent with the method it does not matter.

Is this new list a variation of you method or would you say it is a new method?

Does this multi factorial approach give better results than the other one? How do you know how much better it is?

It is just a minor variation. Ultimately in few days, the list will have only 1-5 stocks. Probability terms, the best opportunities. The list is primarily a answer to the 10-12 emails I get everyday asking "do you see anything interesting today?" or "which one should I take from the Episodic Pivot, IBD200, Earnings, or 100% plus list"
So instead of answering the email individually, I can point them to this list :-) Just trying to automate the response process ;-)

your site is excellent not that it tells which stocks to buy but more because your advice about following ONE Method CONSISTENTLY at least for 6 months. There is no hurry one can paper trade with his or her method for 6 months then adopt it.You go to college or school to learn every other trade why not TRADING.The good thing is that for training to trade there are so many free website like your one for example. Thanks and keep the good work up

Thanks.
In my opinion paper trading does not work.

Can you riff a little bit more on why paper trading does not work?
