Pradeep Bonde said...: Because the list is narrow, you can always research and find good opportunities in them. In fact my low priced portfolio in most year outperforms regular portfolio by wide margin. But you need to research a lot and not bet the farm on these ideas.
Sometimes you find good gems in them. Look at RHA. It is a big company, had fallen on hard time and now recovering. My best trade out of this low priced junk has been MT, Mittal Steel, which I bought for below dollar.; Dec 13, 2006, 10:53:00 AM
