There are only two stocks on the scan today, one is long the other is short. UUU,Universal Security Instruments has very small float, so you have to be careful in entering and trading it.
The short idea is ATI,Allegheny Technologies. It has around 90 million float. One thing to be careful on short side is risk of takeover. There is lot of merger activity in the metals sector currently.
If you are looking for speculative low priced buy (lottery ticket), then look at CHRK,Cherokee Intl. I some time buy these small speculative stock with play money. You need lot of appetite for risk to play them.I have a small portfolio dedicated to such stocks.
