The market has bounced back in last few days. That has resulted in some select momentum stocks having range expansion and follow through. However overall the buying pressure has not been great as a result lot of stocks had weak bounce, they are vulnerable to breakdown. Some breakout setups have quickly faded and in some cases follow through has not been what you see in momentum driven market.
Implication of that is to be extremely selective in taking new trades, working with smaller profit targets and quickly exiting trades that don't follow through in a day or two.
Good range expansion should have immediate follow through.
