I look for trade setups that allow me to enter with 2.5% risk or less. Some people think this refers to trading capital when it actually refers to entry price - stop price .
For example if the entry price is $100.00 then I might put the stop at $97.50
However setting the stop price is only one aspect of managing a trade successfully.
