For last 6 to 8 weeks the small cap index is range bound. Need to see breakout on it with breadth support. Absent that it is a sideways consolidation in to coming earnings season.
There is a rolling correction happening in many sectors. Sectors like Energy and Commodities are reversing and giving up part of the gains during the move so far.
