With the ban on short selling gone, the market tumbled again. This has finally pushed the Market Monitor market timing model in to bullish zone.

Can u restate how u decide your MM to be bullish?

MM is a breadth based timing model which calculates breadth from 65 day high or low and then calculates the % of stocks that are a set % away from these high or low. When reading on the MM go below 200 it is bullish.
