What other criteria did you use to select CIEN, HS, TA, JCG out of several stock passing conditions:
EPS 70 plus
Relative Strength 65 plus
30 Day growth below 10% or 65 days growth below 10%
4% plus move on high volume

1. Do you use IBD for relative strength data?

Please correct my understanding about:
2. Distance from recent high - It should be within say, 25% of recent high, not below and certainly not over extended.
3. It should not have many 4% breakout in recent 10 to 20 days.
