Top 50 stocks for swing traders

After a series of 8 plus days, market experienced a bit of reversal yesterday. The market was getting extended and a pause of few days may not be a bad thing. But if selling picks up then it will be back to range.

While market has had several sharp rebounds after sell offs or pullbacks, but convincingly taking out high has been a problem. The high established in may has been tested but for a few days of marginal high above that, it has been a struggle.

Many of the timing models and risk models followed by many have been spooked by this. In recent months every time IBD has said market in correction , the markets have rebounded and every time they say market now in confirmed uptrend the market starts losing momentum and goes back in range.

From a swing trading point of view the best setups have been when most of the timing models were saying to stay out.
